Accounts Recievable Opportunity

Overview

The Auburn, WA Accounts Receivable II verifies, collects and processes customer debits in conjunction with established guidelines. Maintains records and inputs transactions regarding debt collection. Resolves problems and issues involving collection and reporting of customer debit andunresolved customer debitaccording to established procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manages customer accounts receivable balances and collection efforts.

  • Generates daily sales invoices and monthly statements.

  • Monthly report of all out-standing debits by customer

  • Prepares monthly Account reconciliations for all Receivable accounts.

  • Assists in annual financial audits

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school

  • 3-5 years related experienceand/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Competencies

  • Write routine reports and correspondence.

  • Speak professionally and effectively.

  • Work with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.

  • Work effectively in a team environment.

Computers and Technology

  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
