Responsibilities

  • Cost Performance Reporting (to include MFG & Freight/Distribution Costs)

  • MFG Actuals, Forecast & Budgeting

  • Material Price Management Performance

  • Cost Out & Efficiency Target Setting & Tracking

  • Capital Expenditures - Develop Databases / Repositories – Monthly Report Out to Capital Steering Committee

  • Benchmarks, Value-Stream / Product Line Analysis, & Other Restructuring Studies & CEP Proposals

  • Inventory – Develop Databases / Repositories – Product Line Management & Reporting

  • E&O Management – Develop Databases / Repositories for Advanced E&O Analysis, Commercial & Operations Actioning, and Standard Accounting Provisions

  • Trained in Monthly Closing & Forecast Process as Relates to Factory/DC as would become Controllership Bench Strength to Backfill or Permanently Replace Vacancies

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  1. Bachelors Degree in related field.

  2. One (1) to three (3) years of experience in Finance or related field

Skills and Competencies

  1. Requires strong manufacturing process understanding.

  2. Excellent understanding of overall business processes with proven results leading a variety of functional areas.

  3. Demonstrated strengths in project management and ability to successfully manage projects with multiple complex tasks

  4. Proven track record for analyzing and improving processes using Lean process improvement methodologies.

  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  6. Proven ability to lead teams, facilitate meetings, and communicate to a wide range of stakeholders.

  7. Excellent analytical, statistical and mathematical skills.

  8. Strong people skills, good organization and planning skills, and ability to manage more than one task at a time.
