IMI Precision Engineering Finance Grad Programme in Littleton, Colorado
IMI's Graduate Program focuses on recruiting graduates to its finance talent pipelines. Annually, IMI intakes graduates seeking financial careers within our division. Each graduate will undertake 3 placements across the 3-year program. Throughout the program each graduate will be provided with challenging and meaningful assignments with great learning opportunities coupled with a well-planned and supported development program. The pillars of the 3-year graduate program focus on technical knowledge and skills, IMI business knowledge, and personal leadership skills.
At IMI Precision Engineering, we are looking to hire a Finance grad for the upcoming cohort (starting in September). This 3-year rotational program would include 12-month placements at Americas HQ for IMI Precision Engineering (Littleton, CO), Americas HQ for IMI Critical Engineering (RSM, CA), and an international placement in the business either Mexico or the UK depending on the needs of the business. Upon completing the 3-year rotational program, our Finance Grad will find a permanent role within the organization. This program provides valuable mentorship, working hands-on with projects directly affecting the business, and incredible travel and development opportunities working for a global organization. Education and Experience
Final year students / recent graduates applying to the Precision Corporate Grad Programme must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree Finance or Business Administration.
A demonstrable passion for Finance and Manufacturing and a résumé that demonstrates your previous work experience: it could be paid (such as a placement or internship) or voluntary (extra-curricular activity or volunteering/charity work)
Keen to build a career on the international stage – you’ll undertake at least one international placement

Skills and Competencies
Excellent written and spoken English – the application form and interview will be conducted in English
Self-motivated, proactive individual capable of working as a member of a team, leading teams and operating independently
