The Littleton, CO based Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business through the handling of inbound and outbound sales contacts from/to customers that have shown interest in our products as well as nurture and grow our existing customer base.
Using business development skills to identify, qualify, obtain and develop relationships with prospective clients through the Internet or other lead generating opportunities.
Create, develop and retain business relationships with our customers.
Through a combination of inbound and outbound contact strategies, convert high-volume leads that originate from website, marketing campaigns, calling list and email requests.
Effectively qualify, conduct extensive needs analysis, and follow-up with prospects to ensure they purchase products and services that meet their needs.
Effectively up sell and cross sell to maximize every opportunity.
Managing account relationships as the primary point-of-contact for day-to-day needs
Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information in Pivotal CRM for processing sales, and keeping comprehensive and accurate client information.
Handle Incoming calls for pricing and availability.
Qualify each opportunity to ensure it’s in the right company channel.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent degree) in Business Administration from a College or University
1+ years of related experience in sales or marketing.
Computers and Technology
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Experience in a CRM system
