Overview

We are looking for a world class REGIONAL SALES MANAGER-WEST to join our team. The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for the development and growth of key customers, qualified target accounts and sales channels. The primary focus of account development is growth vs. maintenance. The Regional Sales Manager will review the needs of their territory; and identify and interview potential distributors, VAR’s and Rep’s as required. This position covers the states of California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and Montana.

Qualifications

We require:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales or related work experience

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

  • Demonstrated Microsoft Office competence

  • Ability to obtain Certified Fluid Power Pneumatic Specialist certification within 6 months of hire
